Before I began Pole Dancing For Consciousness…
I was definitely avoiding my body! I never looked in the mirror, I never acknowledged my body, I never trusted my body's awareness and I never enjoyed touching or being touched.
I was tuning out with drugs and alcohol and on a straight path to nowhere. I was hiding from the world and from myself. I didn't want to be seen. I had received and created so much abuse that I had completely shut down my body and my being.
I was completely locked-down, shut down and miserable.

You are invited into the VIP Experience. This is a 2-day immersion with me in Los Angeles, CA. It’s customized to you and what you would like to create during our time together.
The Experience includes:
- Two days and three nights, all expenses paid, one-on-one VIP Experience with Patty Alfonso (airfare not included)
- Two 60-minute Private Sessions prior to the VIP Experience: During these sessions we’ll look at where you are now and what you’d like to create. These will also guide me in creating the perfect experience just for you!
- Two 60-minute Private Sessions after the VIP Experience: These sessions are designed to support you upon your return home. We’ll be shifting and changing during the VIP Experience and I’ll be there for you during the reintegration process too!
